For a brief introductory course, I was really impressed with the number of different stroke technique options presented. I've only tried a few of them out with my newborn so far, but she absolutely loved the toe presses. I look forward to incorporating more into diaper changes, helping her cope with gas, and easing her into sleepiness. I would absolutely recommend this class for a good amount of helpful information in a short amount of time. Great for new parents, caregivers, or even as a nice refresher for those who may have done some massage in the past, but want to remember go-to maneuvers.

I’ve always wanted to try Melanie’s class in person, but as a busy mom and business owner my time is limited. This course gave me the flexibility to complete the lessons on my own schedule and to revisit content as needed. I was surprised by the number of benefits for both adults and babies and by how many different massage techniques are available. Our little girl is currently teething and I’m excited to try massage to help reduce her teething pain. Melanie provided plenty of relaxation techniques which I plan to add to our bedtime routine. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! You truly are the infant massage expert.

I really loved how the different body parts to massage were broken up into different videos, that was very helpful as I was note-taking. All of the information was wonderful. I'm excited to share the information that I learned with my doula clients as I'm meeting with them weekly for 8 weeks post partum! I have nothing negative to say about this course. My only thoughts have more to do with the set up itself and not the information presented. In the introduction, there were a few things that were redundant, and some information that could have been combined into one (3rd and 4th video in the intro). Also, the video labeled "Permission" goes into supplies needed, so maybe that could be combined elsewhere, too. However, those things honestly didn't matter after getting into the "bones" of the course because it was so fantastic! Super honored I could be a part of this! Thank you!

This course is such a lovely resource for parents and care givers alike. I love the way in which Melanie encourages and reinforces the parent/baby bond throughout the lessons by encouraging parents to notice their babies cues and pick up on baby's likes and dislikes. Melanie also encourages parents to use touch as a bonding tool in a great variety of ways that can help in times of baby calm or distress. All of the lessons are very straight forward, understandable, and warmly presented. I found it wonderfully informative and will be recommending it to my clients!

I wish we would have taken this course earlier. We have a 7 month old who had bad gas the first couple of months. I think this would have helped him.
